Im currently considering the future of Syrnia Corner.
Due to this being a blog I am limited to posting just news and events. Lately there has not been much to report and I feel the site has stagnated becouse of this.
So at the moment I am not sure if I should close down Syrnia Corner or expand it to a full help site with articles, guides and a forum etc, but above all, a community site. If the site is expanded, I would need help moderating the forums and with article writing. But spending the time to do this is pointless if the site would not be used.
So I would like some feedback from readers as to whether you would use such a website. To get an idea of what the site would be like, feel free to look here.

I've looked at the website and it's very nice. But I don't know if I will use it more than Syrnia Corner Blog. Even if there is not 20 news each day I like to look at syrnia corner blog a few times each day.
I will not have time to read syrnia's forum plus clan forum plus syrnia corner website forum plus ...
Thanks for you feedback, its exactly the type of honest feedback im looking for.
If I did go ahead with the other site, players would still be able to see the news on the front page, even if they are not a member and do not want to participate in the other areas.
I look here at least once a day. I like to read the headline(s). It was very useful that day Syrnia was off for 65 minutes because it was here that I found out it was not due to my internet or my computer's fault.
I do have a problem that if there is more to read, I may not look in there, just because, with all the forums (game and clan), I would just not have the time to look in there.
I would hate for Syrnia Corner to not exist anymore. And I am sure that a lot of people would feel that way too.
So please keep up the really good work on Syrnia Corner.

Some suggestions:
1. Why not instead of just reporting news as you do, present more Op - Ed Columns. Use this as a forum of sorts to get more discussion going on about whatever issue you talk about in the column. Soup de jour of sorts if you will.
2. I suppose you could always try to do some sort of contest on here. But that might require more time so just minor thing there really.
3. Why not have interviews in your blogs? Those are always interesting to read and comment upon. In fact, I suggested that to you via Syrnia msgs a while back. In fact that's why I added you on MSN as well. You still haven't accepted my add of you. :P
Anyway, I hope you don't close this down as I do find the site interested to read. As it is, I check it once a day.
I'm here on and off. Like to check the new things that are going on since it's quicker than going to the forums and checking or looking through world chat (have it disabled 90% of the time). I do like spindoc's first idea of having open ended news which we can discuss. Don't really think you necessarily need a major update to another site for this though. Forgive me for being blunt on this, but I don't believe the site is popular enough to expand that far yet.
Right now, I enjoy the setup simply because you don't have to go search through lines of chat or a multitude of forum posts to find current information. This ease of access is what I feel is the main draw to the site. The addition of the chat is alright, though I would have enjoyed seeing more people making use of this comment section.
