i always miss it!! the pirates should do invasions when more people are on.. they wouldnt have as much success with the invasions but they could get more people... all they would have to do is send a small invasion so people can join.. at a good time

And thus is the reason why they shouldn't.
They have enough people there anyway, more people joining doesn't necessarily mean more people donating, most try it once, donate a little bit, then get bored because they realise it's not worth it.
