Having seen lots of complaints recently about the forum mod, I have been on the receiving end of the idiot today.
First a thread was closed saying that it was a duplicate, which it was not. This mistake was pointed out but the forum mod decided to ignore the ticket explaining this yet was active on the forums. The post was re-posted (it broke no rules and was not a duplicate) and I was forum banned.
This mod has now opened a can of worms and expect to see a nice list of all their mistakes, biased decisions, helping their friends posts out etc ;)

The Forum Mod is completely out of control. The decisions that have come from this team as of late have lacked any logicial thought. I have even had the forum Mod ask me to explain a rule to him, its a real shame when the forum Mod doesnt know the rules and needs to ask a player to explain them. This player refuses to admitt when an error is made and senior staff must always come behind them and appologize to players and correct the forum mods mistakes. In stead of constanily changing this MOD's diapers and appologizing to those players that have to deal with the forum mods shit, why not just remove him, he is appaerently incompedient to preform any task that requires common sense or problem solving skills.
If you are asking for forum tickets with poor handling then you are asking for a mountain of paperwork because this department is the most poorily run of them all. Its a shame

This is the senior forum moderator. I am going to address your concerns.
Unfortunately, I was not present when all this took place. Real life has a habit of sneaking in at the least opportune time.
While I was gone another mod thought to help out, saw the titles of the 2 threads and thought (wrongly) that you had copied esnow's and made a spoof of it. esnow's thread broke the rules and has been deleted.
Your forum ban was removed from your history. One of your threads was deleted, the other unlocked.
The riot act was read to the moderator involved.
We do not protect any players who break the rules. We have split personalities, there is our player character and our mod character and if its ever found that those 2 collide then mods are removed.
*** Please note the rule broke is : section 10 part c
The Staff and M2H are sole ones involved in punishment process. By this the staff will not discuss any punishment delivered with any player except the one that was punished.

Senior staff should know the rules, they openily discussed esnows player punishment with another player via ticket. Since when does staff pick and choose who to tellplayer punishment to . And this is coming from a senior staff member :o

ok i was just jailed muted and forumbanned for one week cause staff went into my private message box and i guess pojs since i dont think poj shares messages with staff
needless to say i sent poj a letter a few weeks ago they jailed me for a week for the contents of my message box.
