They didnt need to go through my messages to find this info becouse I said exactly the same in a ticket around the same time. Senior mods have the ability look at other players messages and from what I understand, routinely do so, which obviously has implications if you are in conflict with say a person or clan and they have a senior mod to spy on you ;)
The ticket was created becouse a player said shit in chat and got a 15 minute mute for it and another time got no mute at all. Wether the reason was becouse this player had donated the maximum amount or becouse certain mods knew him or his family, we will probably never know. Even the person involved agreed that he should have been muted and that the mods were being biased towards helping him.
So in the ticket the mods told me the lack of punishment fitted the crime, I replied that they were biased and to prove a point I said shit in world chat myself.
Now if they had muted me, it would have proved that they were inconsistent and biased. They couldnt have someone saying this so they didn't mute me. They let me get away with a breaking a rule just to hide the fact they act unfairly towards different players.
I advised the mods I was going to do this in the ticket (#10898 Profanity).
The reason for my muting was a quote from an old message saying the same thing as the ticket, which they have been free to read and have been reading as far back as 3 months ago. Just an excuse as I have exposed how they have rogue mods amongst them who are free to abuse people they dont like, that the senior mods back them up no matter how wrong they get things or abuse their powers, that they are biased towards friends and big donators, amonst many other problems.

The bottom line is I have just been jailed/muted/forum banned for a week for saying shit in world chat 3 months ago. Anyone think this was an excuse? ;-)

The thread there referring to was a joke thread the players enjoyed, staff said it was rubbish when one player posted it and forum banned them. I simply edited and reworded the post, so it was not the same and posted it (this is not against the rules) I then sent that message (above) to Poj.
Staff has went through my message box and Poj's apparently they have removed messages from players . Let this be a warning to al Syrnia Players GAME STAFF CAN AND WILL GO THROUGH YOUR MESSAGE BOX OU WILL BE JAILED FOR PRIVATE MESSAGES (watch those love letters you send eachother) staff shares those with there friends:P

i saw this problem at many online games...the mods/admins become friends with the players, then act against someone that (can't find my word).... "hurted" that players...
again, it sucks!
i must say im conncerned because i have tickets from staff where staff clearily states if they dont deal with the ticket with in a day its too old to ebforce, in one players case his spam and trolling staff said they couldnt do anything about because it took staff 15 minutes to view ticket staff wrote too much time had passed for ticket to be addressed, so why are month old private messages being punished?

Staff has complained about the bad publicity on the blog site about them to me via ticket in syrnia, seems pojs ban was lifted in hopes of changing the his blog to include some nice words to them. I wish I had a blog spot , I am still banned for the contents of Poj's Privates messages in syrnia. Let this be a warning to all syrnia's Staff does look into your messages , im sure they giggle at some of the things you write each other. Do not keep personal information about your self or importanr clan information in your messages, these staff members can and do read this information and share it with players, my ban is proof they look in your messages, as the line they quote was a message sent to Poj.
Ziola, its probably the blog that gets me most of the mutes and bans, rather than getting them removed. Its a circle of mods unfairly punish me, I publish and make the details public, they don't like the fact so they find another silly reason to punish me, I publish details, and so on.

Haha, i love this rule, Because its obvious the mods wrote this as their own personal loophole to punish ANYONE.
I've gotten a few of these tickets back with the 420 issue. Funny thing is, most of my tickets regarding 420 and other blatant acts of corrupt and biased mods, have been deleted from the list. I used to have over 25 tickets, 8 still open, Then one day i noticed i had 17 tickets, and they were all closed...8 without replies or responses.
But i have learned that the mods will never change. I just try to stay out of there way, they are stubborn and they will continue to find loopholes in our so called "loopholes".
