A few players are experiencing problems where their timer gets to 0, starts counting down again but they get no xp or resources.
If this problem is affecting you, a workaround is to move to a new location, move back and start the skill you was doing when the problem occurred.
A bug mod is looking at this issue, so no need to create a ticket about it.
